保存條件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

產(chǎn)品介紹 Secretogranin 3 is a member of the chromogranin/secretogranin family of neuroendocrine secretory proteins. Genetic variations in this gene may influence the risk of obesity through possible regulation of hypothalamic neuropeptide secretion.

Subcellular Location : Cytoplasmic vesicle, secretory vesicle lumen (By similarity). Cytoplasmic vesicle, secretory vesicle membrane; Peripheral membrane protein (By similarity). Secreted. Note=Associated with the secretory granule membrane through direct binding to cholesterol-enriched lipid rafts in intragranular conditions (By similarity). Neuroendocrine and endocrine secretory granules.

Tissue Specificity : Expressed in brain, heart, kidney, liver and skeletal muscle.
